Vertex was established by, and is operated by, a team of like-minded, hands-on professionals with extensive experience in refurbishment and commercial property asset management.  They identified a gap in this marketplace for a personalised, caring business with the expertise and flexibility to partner customers by offering varying levels of involvement, available at any stage in a project's execution.

As such, Vertex can offer 'pick and mix' input in any specific project element(s) - interior design, partitioning, fire & security systems etc - or a full, turnkey involvement from a project's conception - up to and including, placement of resident manpower support.
